Michael Adjuya, the Director of Rock Solid FC with branches in Nigeria and Brazil, on Saturday says it plans to hold trials and scouting for talented football players in the country. Adjuya who spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) via telephone from Brazil’s main commercial hub, Sao Paulo said the event would hold from Dec. 14 to Dec. 16 in Lagos. He said that two agents from Brazil and Portugal would assist him in the selection of players during the event. ``The upcoming programme will definitely be a life-changing experience for many young footballers that will take part in the event. ``We are not new in this and we are coming to Nigeria with the best team to select talented players to further their soccer careers,’’ Adjuya said. The director assured that the selected players would be provided adequate support needed to forge ahead. ``We should not forget the fact that a lot of Nigerian players have been exploited in the past because they left the country in desperation to seek for greener pastures outside the country. ``They get involved with the wrong people and are paying the price dearly. I want to assure the selected players that their wellbeing and interest is our major priority,’’ Adjuya said. (NAN)
