The Supreme Court has ruled as invalid the election of  Senators Andy Uba and Stella Oduah to the Senate. 

 Both legislators from Anambra State belongs to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Uba represented Anambra South Senatorial District, while Oduah  represented Anambra North Senatorial District.
