The Organization and Mobilization sub-committee of Peoples Democratic Party', PDP's National Caretaker Committee has release the schedule for the screening of aspirants for various positions in e party.

 In a press release, the party advised aspirants to come to the screening venue with their original certificates, their nomination forms and a set of photocopies of same. The screening has been scheduled for August 15, 2016 while those wishing to appeal the outcome of the screening would be opportuned to do so the next day.

 The release signed by Senator Abdul Ningi read:

 The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has directed that aspirants who have picked Nomination Forms to contest for various positions in the forthcoming National Convention holding in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on Wednesday August 17, 2016 are to note the following activities:

 •       Screening Committee             -       15 August, 2016

 •       Screening Appeal                -       16 August, 2016

 •       Venue                           -       PDP State Secretariat, Aba Road
Port Harcourt, Rivers State

 •       Time                                    -       10:00 AM Each Day

 All aspirants are to present themselves to the Screening Committee with their Original Certificates, Nomination Form and a set of photocopy.
