Abia State Polytechnic Staff has joined other parastatals currently on sit-at-home strike over 8 Months Salary arrears 

 As the Poly workers begin their strike Monday, students and thers have been restricted from entering the school premises by the protesting staff of Abia State Polytechnic. They've not been paid for 8 months..... pics...
