The proposed  amendment  to the inheritance law by the Senate has been  condemned and described as  a non issue and mere  futility.

His  Royal Highness  Alhaji  Aliru Momoh, Ikelebe 111  the Otaru of Auchi Sacred  Kingdom,  stated this weekend in Auchi during the celebration of  Auchi day.

The Otaru said, "inheritance law has been in existence over thousand years ago, so the idea of  saying it has to be amended is not necessary.

. "I will personally lead a spiritual jihad against the Senate if they alter the inheritance law. Somebody has  just said there is bound to be a bill to be passed at the Senate about inheritance.
The bill about inheritance has been pass over 1500 years ago by the Almighty God in the Quran and who can alter it. And who is capable of altering that.

We have Sharia where issue of inheritance has be decided and in Auchi here we have a committee that deals with the sharing of  inheritance in a way that ensure justice because it is taken from the Quoran and not the hadith that specified how inheritance should be shared and we have had peace in our community.

If anything I believe sincerely is a joke and if it is not I will lead a  jihad spiritual against the senate if they should alter the inheritance of the Quran, who are they.

A lot of us has free volition to do what we like but those volition are limited in the sense that human brain cannot access as explained by Almighty God.
