The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has released a list of six (6) Political Parties and their 
candidates that would contest the Etsako East/Etsako West Etsako Central Federal Constituency bye election 
scheduled for Saturday, 28th January 2017.

In a statement issued by the Legal Services Department of the Commission, the Candidates and their Political Parties are:

1.            Ramotu Sule       -                          ACD
2.            Yinusa Miminu     -                          ADC
3.            Hon. Johnson Egwakhide Oghuma  -             APC
4.            Promise Mamoud                 -             MPPP
5.            Aishat Abu                     -             NNPP
6.            Imagwe Gabriel Jude            -              PDP
