Following the strident call for quality representation by the people of Kaduna Zone A, Zaria City, a seasoned public servant Alhaji Kabir Mohammed Kaura Zaria has offered to  bell the cat. Speaking to newsmen in Kaduna, Alhaji Kaura Zaira stated that “he has all it takes to address the serial under-representation of the people of Kaduna zone A,  Zaria.

 He maintained that  as a refined top public servant and businessman, he is  in a vantage position to offer excellent service to the people”. He added  that despite the fact that the incumbent is a member of the ruling party, his dismal performance so far is worrisome and condemnable. He noted that despite the repeated  calls for the recall of the incumbent senator, he has failed to offer anything tangible to the people.

 Alhaji Kaura Zaria, a graduate of computer science and management Economics has  worked with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporate. He is now engaged in private business and the chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Halima/Inuwa motors in Kaduna.

 Speaking on his prospects of being elected, the businessman stressed that his decision to run on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party is anchored on the failure of the ruling All people Progressive Party (APC) to drive Nigeria’s economy. He lamented that the APC senator representing Kaduna Zone A has never sponsored a single bill,  Senator Hunkuyi is a bench warmer and  the people of my constituency are solidly behind me to run for the senatorial seat come 2019, he affirmed

 A detribalized Nigerian, he belongs to several professional bodies including  the International Academy of Management (IAM),  Institute of Industrial and Corporate Administration (IICA) and Kaduna Golf Club. He is happily married with children.
