Nigeria's search for a leader with the magic wand  Friday attracted  rigorous intellectual exposition as an academia pin-pointed an 'Entrepreneur-Leader' as the only  leader type with capacity to  transform Nigeria from its perpetual state of developing to developed economy.

Dr Rabi'u Adamu Gurbin-Maikia an academia and author, in an  interactive session with journalists in Abuja, further x-rayed the different presidential candidates jostling for the Country's presidency and  identified the PDP's presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar as the only presidential candidate having those requirements.

Dr. Gubin-Maikia a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Federal Polythenic, Kaura Namoda Zamfara State,    explained that Countries which had witnessed fast-paced growth in their economy often had leaders with such entrepreneurial mindset.

"In my academic research and endeavours focusing on identifying a leader with superceding entrepreneurial political leadership qualities, we identified Atiku as the most entrepreneurial leader of all our contemporary political leaders. He is equally politically active and a philantrophist.

" Atiku is entrepreneurial, he has political capacity and a sense of community - these are the three variables a leader must have",  Gubin- Maikia asserted, stressing that Nigerians must embrace Atiku if they desire a turnaround in its economy and creative leadership", Gubin-Maikia asserted.

He also added that from his exhaustive study of Atiku, he discovered that the politician has a highly entrepreneurial mindset capable of working with entrepreneurially minded teams.  'Atiku is innovative, competitive and exhibits a high rate of entrepreneurial resilience", he submitted.

Further expounding on his theory of Entrepreneur-Leader, the academia revealled that the topic had been fully explored in two books - 'Entrepreneurship Education', and 'Entrepreneurship Development'. Both books featured Atiku in its introductory portions, signifying his impact in the expository works.
