The out going Commander, Training and Doctrine Command Nigerian Army (TRADOC NA), Major General Adamu Abubakar Tarfa, has charged officers to continue to leave up to expectations and maintain professionalism in the army.

Tarfa disclosed this at the official handover ceremony to the new commander, Major General Leo Irabor, held at TRADOC NA in Minna on Tuesday.

He said,  "I want to state categorically clear the the officers here have been dedicated in discharging their duties professionally and in a well dignified manner.

"We conducted all our exams very successfully devoid of examination malpractice and I am happy with the performance recorded so far. "

The out going commander said,  " We  have consistently and diligently keyed into the Vision of Chief of Army Staff, Lt  General Turkur Buratai, which is to have a professionally responsive army in the discharge of its constitutional roles. "

The incoming Commander, Major General Leo Irabor, promised to build on the enviable achievement his predecessor has established.

Irabor said , "I have come to drive forward to achieve the mandate for which Nigerian TRADOC NA was created,  and I don't doubt  my mind that we will work to advance the course of this establishment.

He however thanked the Chief of Army Staff, for authorising his posting as a Commander TRADOC NA.
