The apex youth forum in Ikwuano LGA, Ikwuano Youth Leaders Forum (IYLF), Saturday decorated Hon David Ugochukwu, aka Caesar with the award of 'Ikwuano Youths Ambassador' in appreciation of his dedication and support for the development and empowerment of Ikwuano youths

The National President of IYLF, Mr Santiago Agomoh in his speech at the event said Hon Ugochukwu has comported himself as a role model for youths and deserved to be so honoured.

In his remarks after being decorated with the symbol of the award, Hon Ugochukwu appealed to the youths to support and work with government to achieve its programmes for the wellbeing of the society.

 He further counselled the leaders in power to make sure they carry the youths along in all activities because the youths are the  leaders of tomorrow and need to be given a reasonable sense of belonging.

Also speaking at the occasion, HRH king Larry Agwu, Eze Onyeoruru 1 of Ajatanaigu maintained that youths can  play very  vital roles in the emergence of a better Ikwuano.

The royal father pleaded with the youths to be respectful and supportive of the leaders in power as one day they will find themselves in that same seat

Thousands of youths graced the award presentation and all promised to be law abiding and  to support and promote the government of the day.
