Hon Cosmas Ndukwe, a PDP Presidential aspirant Thursday approached the Federal High Court seeking to halt the party's presidential primary scheduled for May 28, 2023.
Ndukwe in an ex parte motion marked FHC/ABJ/CS/508/2022, through his lawyer, Paul Erokoro, asked the court to stop the PDP presidential primary election because the party has not been zoned its ticket to the South-East geo-political zone
