Gov Peter Mbah 


Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah has sent his aide de camp, ADC (simply identified as ASP Divine, for security reasons) for allegedly spreading tales about his Principal rather than keeping his s*Xcapades in the other room confidential.


Lion House ( Enugu Government House) sources reveals that the Mbah   administration has come under a heavy thunderstorm provoked by his inability to rein in his weakness for the opposite sex.


Like the Monica Lewinsky, an intern at the White House who was lured into sexual dalliance with then US President, Bill Clinton, Mbah, who is still battling to retain his seat due to alleged inconsistencies in his claims on  the mandatory one year service -  the NYSC programme, has been assailed with rumours of  alleged inappropriate relationship with a young woman serving her NYSC programme in the Governor's office.


Mbah's alleged dalliance with the young woman has claimed its first victim: his aide de camp (ADC) was recently axed for  ratting on his boss and revealing Mbah’s dark secrets to his colleagues.


 ASP Divine, was allegedly relieved of his duties as Mbah’s personal security chief following rumours that he revealed an affair between his boss and the female corper.


Sources close to Gov Mbah’s office revealed that the Governor got uncomfortable  when sordid details of the affair meant to be a closely guarded secret, became known to his wife, Mrs Nkechinyere Mbah.


The affair blew open as  Mrs Mbah, who was holidaying  abroad, suddenly returned to the State and allegedly confronted her husband over the alleged illicit affair. Although the governor attempted to make flimsy denials, the details of romance  between him and the beautiful NYSC member were such that only an insider could have known about, caught in the loop, the governor traced the leak to his ADC


The  ADC who hugs him like a shadow round the clock is the only one that could possibly have all such details revealed by his wife, and also the only one close enough to reveal to the dirty secrets to her. The ADC was recommended to him by his wife, he suddenly recalled and both comes from the same community.


“ASP Divine is from the same village as the First Lady and he was hired on the recommendation of Madam. So Oga now believes that the reason for hiring the ADC was for Madam to be using him to spy on him, and that was why he sacked him immediately after that matter came to light,” our source, who does not want to be named, said.


It was not revealed, as at the time of this report, whether the NYSC member (name withheld for security reasons) has been posted out of the Government House, but it  gathered that the State's First Lady has been grumpy about the posting of many beautiful corps members to the Lion House
