Jonah Otunla


The Investigative journalist, and Publisher of Pointblanknew.com, Jackson Ogbonna has uncovered more accomplices in the controversial N583 million NSIPA fund looting.


The journalist in a post on his X arm stated that the  disgraced former Accountant General of the Federation, Jonah Otunla, who refunded N6.3 billion he looted while in office, also a member of the criminal cartel that benefitted from the N3billion National Social Register contract awarded by the former Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Beta Edu.

Otunla, through Periscope Consulting Limited Abuja where his son, Dapo, is Lead Consultant collected, N277Million for consultancy services to verify homes in Katsina, Zamfara, Kebbi and Sokoto States. Although, Periscope Consulting according to documents, with registration number 1053019, registered on July 24, 2012, listed one Ngozi Maureen Ojiego, known for Interior Decoration, but the Periscope Consulting, Abuja, with an office at the World Trade Center, Abuja, that got the N277million contract, has Dapo, son of Otunla, as Lead Consultant.


Dapo is also the CEO of StellarVera, a company linked to Otunla, which was investigated for collecting N500million from former NSA, Sambo Dasuki


The former Accountant General, the current Accountant General, Oluwatoyin Madein and Bridget Oniyelu and one Gbenga Badejo are all part of the cartel who are using the NSIPA as a cash cow, benefiting from all kinds of shady deals. 


Bridget Oniyelu whose personal account was used to collect the controversial N585 million, was an aide to Otunla. She and Badejo worked with Otunla while he served as Accountant General and looted over N6.3billion. Otunla recommended Oniyelu to Madein.


 Madein found a willing tool and an ally in Oniyelu and posted her to the National Social Investment Programmes Agency, NSIPA, as Project Accountant. Oniyelu has since then become a front for both the rogue former Accountant General and the current Accountant General while working as a Project Accountant in NSIPA. 


The fraud in NSIPA with the blessings and connivance of Beta Edu, has the modus operandi of Otunla, the technical backing of Madein and the foot soldering efforts of Oniyelu and Badejo. It is a web of rogues that needs to be destroyed before it destroys Nigeria.


 Oniyelu Bridget Mojisola is  the lady whose account was used by Beta Edu to receive the N583million that was signed off by Toluhi Martins Olarewaju and Christopher  Okoh Joseph, who were approved as signatories to the NSIPA account by the Accountant General of the Federation.
