Facilitator of the pro-good governance political organisation, For Us By Us. FUBU Movement, Ugwumba Chika Ishionwu on Sunday extended warm felicitations to the Transition Committee chairman or Mayor  of Ikwuano LGA, Hon Osinachi Nwaka on the occasion of his birthday.
