Police authorities at the FCID in Alagbon, Lagos, are reported to have received a court order to keep the cross dresser. Bobrisky in custody.
Recall that Bobrisky was arrested on Monday by Nigeria Immigration Service agents at the Seme border in Badagry, Lagos State
He was then handed over to FCID officers and is currently being held at their location.
A senior police official, who preferred not to be identified, revealed that they sought a court order for Bobrisky’s ongoing detention: “We have gone to court to get a detention order from a court to keep Bobrisky pending the outcome of investigation or further directive from higher authority.”
Following his arrest, Bobrisky was kept at the Seme Area Command until Tuesday, when he was escorted to Alagbon by armed personnel.
His arrival at FCID attracted attention, with several officers gathering to catch a glimpse of him before he was taken for a brief questioning at the Assistant Inspector General of Police’s office.
