Trainer and Consultant needed at DW Akademie

DEADLINE: MARCH 17, 2025 — If you are a trainer and consultant with expertise in Constructive Journalism, this is for you.

Deutsche Welle Akademie has a remote vacancy for a trainer and consultant for its media development projects across Asia, Europe and Africa.

DW Akademie’s mission is to strengthen the human right to freedom of expression and promote unrestricted access to information.

The successful candidate’s expertise will be crucial for the organisation’s media production, Training of Trainers (ToT) in Constructive Journalism and developing training strategies for project partners with a focus on constructive
approaches.

Interested applicants should have at least 10 years of training experience, 5 years of experience in ToT and an extensive knowledge of at least one region and the respective media landscape.

While fluency in English is required, knowledge of another language in the region is an advantage.
