Grants and programme development lead needed at PUNCH Media Foundation

DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 — PUNCH Media Foundation (PMF) is hiring a Grants and Programme Development Lead to oversee the identification of funding opportunities and contribute to the successful implementation of development-focused projects.
PMF is a non-profit organisation and the development arm of PUNCH Nigeria Limited.
Based in Ogun State, Nigeria, the Grants & Programme Development Lead role requires a proactive, highly organised and strategic thinker with strong writing and communication skills, a passion for development work and the ability to manage programmes from ideation to impact.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field plus a minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in grant writing, programme management, donor engagement, or related roles in the development or media sectors.
