Vacancy for communications officer at CJID
DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 — The Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) is hiring a Communications Officer.
Applicants must have a strong background in digital communications and experience in journalism and media research.
The ideal candidate will think strategically about communicating multiple projects and research products, break down complex knowledge into engaging and accessible content for various audiences, and will be skilled in driving audience growth across digital platforms.
As the Communications Officer, you will be directly responsible for amplifying reach, visibility and readership of CJID’s research and knowledge products
This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Though located in Abuja, partial or complete remote work is possible.
